Well summer is finally here!! The kids are now officially done school!! But the summer weather seems to have left..I'm sitting here freezing my toes off! I'm sure it will be back soon though!
I'm off to get our first summer day started! Have a great week!

It is so hot here today.
I think it is almost 100 degrees.

Hooray! That was always my favourite time of the summer. The first day because you had the whole summer to look forward to, and then the days seem to just whip by after that.
it was pretty cool here this morning. my thermometer said 11*C.. that's about 52 for you Americans....really cool... but it's better now... up to 20 now ...almost warm enough! that's right around 70 for you's ... anyway.. yes we had a nice first day.. the girls and I went for lunch and did some shopping....everyone was tired and ready to come home after about 3 hours....They're really ready for this break!
Last monday was the kids last day of school we had a nice week but it rained most the weekend...so not fair!

Heather, I just checked out the photos! Wow, your girls are really into the outdoors. Mine would be all worried about getting dirty, hehe. It looks like you guys had so much fun. Maybe I would be the one worrying about getting dirty...
It's so fun to see the pictures! What a beautiful spot to be! I hope your weather warms up. It's been very HOT here, but cooling down tomorrow. Our summer has been perfect so far.

Here in Scotland more rain and quite cool - all good for the garden - but one does like to sit in it from time to time!!

Heather, yes back to 'blogger', but still testing the 'water' at other venues too!!
As to the weather widget - click on get widget and put in your location for the weather.
Then click on 'blogger' and insert and it should come straight onto your site!!
